Admire Bosha (Managing Director)
Mr. Admire Bosha, the founder and director of Biobhotec Pvt. Ltd., is a distinguished biotechnologist, researcher, innovator, and entrepreneur. He has developed several fully-functional biogas prototypes and earned the SADC certification in Renewable Energy Project Design and Development (REPDD). His extensive training covers a wide range of renewable energy technologies, including biogas, green hydrogen, solar energy, and wind turbines.He is also a member of the SADC Youth Climate Change Network through Southern Africa Youth Forum-SAYOF. Mr. Bosha is committed to providing innovative, eco-friendly services and products that benefit both society and future generations, as well as sharing strategic insights on building successful businesses in these fields.
Tawanda Makombe (Business Analyst)
Mr. Tawanda Laston Makombe is a versatile and dynamic individual with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. As an innovative financial software engineer, he holds a Master of Technology in Software Engineering (2022) and a Bachelor of Technology in Financial Engineering (2017). Additionally, he has earned a certificate in World Intellectual Property (WIPO). With four years of experience, Mr. Makombe has lectured on technopreneurship and agribusiness development, as well as investment analysis.
Tilder Madanhi (Research & Development)
Miss Tildah Madanhi is a skilled laboratory technician with a National Certificate in Laboratory Technology and a National Diploma in Applied Biotechnology. She has gained experience working as a laboratory assistant at Irvines Zimbabwe, the University of Zimbabwe's Crop Science Department, and the Genetic Resources and Biotechnology Institute. Currently, she is completing her Bachelor of Technology Honors Degree in Biotechnology to become a full-fledged biotechnologist. Tildah is passionate about promoting a clean environment by producing organic industrial products and driving innovation through research and continuous development.
Irene Nyasha Sami (Sales & Marketing)
Miss Irene Sami a dedicated young entrepreneur, community builder, innovator, and transnational activist, this aspiring individual is the founder and president of Selfless Sisters, a women's empowerment organization, and serves as a director at Cluster World. Their professional qualifications include a Next Level Academy Certificate in Business Management, a HEXCO National Certificate in Secretarial Studies, a HEXCO National Foundation Certificate in Electronic Data Processing, a College Certificate in Business Ethics and Moral Values, a Certificate in Strategic Business Management from the Marketing Association of Zimbabwe, and a Certificate of Office Administration from the Institute of Administration and Commerce (IAC)
Alex Kurete (Financial controller)
Mr. Alex Kurete is a member of the Financial Engineering Society with a B.Tech Honors degree in Financial Engineering. His areas of expertise include portfolio management, security analysis, hedge funds, actuarial risk modeling, securities and derivatives trading, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, venture capital, private equity, and financial reporting and analysis. Among his major achievements are forecasting ZWL/USD rates in a 2019-2021 RBZ case study, and demonstrating the ability of earnings to predict future share prices for non-financial firms in a Zimbabwe Stock Exchange case study from 2013 to 2016.
